Bellydance Fundamentals 5-week REFRESHER | Wed 7pm, Eastwood

For students who have already taken some Bellydance Classes in the past.
Bellydance Fundamentals Technique is our signature course. You would be joining for the remaining 5 weeks of the course, to tune up and refresh your skills. You’ve missed the first 5 weeks where we set up many of the key principles and movements, so this is NOT SUITABLE for absolute beginners. We’re providing this opportunity to join mid-term because so many of the courses were sold out at the beginning of the year!
This systematic course covers lots of moves from hip drops to shimmies to circles, plus how to combine them and set them to music, along with posture, foot and arm positions, and an intro to Arabic music and cultural aspects of the dance. Improve your fitness, co-ordination, elegance, core strength and more, alongside other women who often become good friends by dancing together. Depending on your experience level, your teacher will challenge you to go deeper, to refine your movements and develop finer control and elegance.
LEVEL: Suitable for beginners with some experience, or past dancers who’ve taken a break.
